The details worth knowing before your first appointment.
You place an order, then come in for your first appointment at 22 Rhine Street. We work through the design, fabric and finishing, take your measurements, and confirm the final price and delivery date before anything is cut.
Yes. Bring it to your first appointment so we can check the yardage and how it will behave in the style you want. Where your fabric falls short, we can top it up from the house selection.
Between 5 and 14 working days depending on the piece. Kaftans, senators and two-pieces sit at the shorter end; suits and heavily embroidered agbada take the longest. The clock starts after your first appointment, not when you place the order.
A fixed ₦50,000 deposit confirms your slot in the production schedule. The balance is due before collection. If you booked a ₦15,000 consultation and order within 7 days, that ₦15,000 comes off your deposit, so you pay ₦35,000.
A 45-minute consultation with Deola is ₦15,000. It's non-refundable, but if you go ahead with an order within 7 days, the full ₦15,000 is credited toward your order deposit.
Appointments can be moved once at no cost with at least 24 hours notice. Moving a confirmed production date depends on what is already on the table that week, so speak to us early.
Simpler pieces need one fitting. Suits and structured agbada need two: one at the basted stage and one close to finishing. Fittings take about 20 minutes and happen at the studio.
By bank transfer before collection, or in the studio when you come to collect. We confirm receipt before your piece leaves us.
Yes, within Abuja by courier, and nationwide by dispatch at cost. We recommend collecting in person for a first order so we can adjust on the spot.
